\u201cBISNet Transylvania – Services in support of business digitalization, Innovation and resilience<\/strong>\u201d<\/em> is a project aiming to respond to the existing needs and challenges of the SMEs from RO1 in becoming more sustainable, innovative, and resilient to all kinds of shocks that they are facing in an increasingly globalized and competitive business landscape.<\/p>\n

The scope of this project is to reinforce and continue the activity of Enterprise Europe Network in RO1 which started in 2008 by 5 organizations and continued from 2015 by 7 organizations. Since the launch of the Network, the BISNet Transylvania consortium has worked constantly to help the RO1 SMEs to grow internationally and grasp the opportunities offered by the EU programs and policies. The Network played a crucial role in facilitating the access of RO1 SMEs to the single and third-country markets by providing them growth-oriented, integrated business and innovation support services. Its presence in the macro-regional ecosystem enriched the business community and delivered an impressive number of services with significant impact for the local companies in terms of market positioning, cost savings and job creation.<\/p>\n

Based on the current needs of the RO 1 SMEs, BISNet Transylvania consortium was consolidated and 3 more partners with expertise in digitalization and sustainability were added. The new consortium set-up (regional development agencies, research-oriented organizations, innovation and technology transfer support structures and business support structures) will help the RO1 SMEs in their transition to more digital and sustainable business models through dedicated sustainability advisers and other sustainability services. Also, based on the experience and competencies of the partners, the project will support the RO1 SMEs to scale-up, innovate and become more competitive in the global markets.<\/p>\n
